SYNOPSIS

xsysguard [OPTIONS…] CONFIG[{+-}<X>{+-}<Y>] [NAME=VALUE] [CONFIG] …

DESCRIPTION

xsysguard will create one window for each config file at an optional given position x/y.

xsysguard will search for the desired config file in the config file search path $XSYSGUARD_CONFIG_PATH. You must include a file path even if it's only ./ to omit this search.

Arguments in the form NAME=VALUE are passed to putenv(3).

OPTIONS

-h, --help

Print command-line syntax and program options to stdout and exit.

-H, --mhelp=MODULE

Print help message for MODULE to stdout and exit.

-L, --license

Print license to stdout and exit.

-m, --modules

Print a list of all available modules to stdout and exit.

-f, --fonts

Print a list of all available fonts to stdout and exit.

-d, --fontdirs

Print a list of all libfontconfig font dirs to stdout and exit.

-i, --interval=N

Set main interval to N milliseconds (default: 1000).

-n, --num=N

Exit after N tick's.

-N, --nofontconfig

Disbale libfontconfig.

-F, --fontcache

Set Imlib2's font cache size to N bytes (default: 2097152).

-I, --imgcache

Set Imlib2's image cache size to N bytes (default: 4194304).

-c, --color

Enable colored logging.

-t, --time

Add current time to each log line.

-l, --log=N

Set loglevel to N: 1=ERROR, 2=WARNING, 3=MESSAGE, 4=DEBUG.

EXAMPLES

xsysguard -m

Print a list of all available modules to stdout and exit.

xsysguard -H uname

Print help message for the uname module to stdout and exit.

xsysguard test/barchart+40+40 test/linechart+40+140

Create two windows: one window for config file test/barchart at position x=40, y=40 and one window for config file test/linechart at position x=40, y=140.

xsysguard command=ssh\ host1\ xsysguardd test/daemon command=ssh\ host2\ xsysguardd test/daemon

Create two windows for the config file test/daemon: one window for host1 and one window for host2.

ENVIRONMENT

XSYSGUARD_CONFIG_PATH

If $XSYSGUARD_CONFIG_PATH is set, its value is used as the path to search for config files.

XSYSGUARD_MODULE_PATH

If $XSYSGUARD_MODULE_PATH is set, its value is used as the path to search for modules.

XSYSGUARD_IMAGE_PATH

If $XSYSGUARD_IMAGE_PATH is set, its value is used as the path to search for images.

XSYSGUARD_FONT_PATH

If $XSYSGUARD_FONT_PATH is set, its value is used as the path to search for fonts.
